His win at Randwick last start was very classy and his rivals never really had a chance.
Josh Parr will be able to take him to the front again in this race and he is a safe bet to continue his winning ways.
Eagle Farm - Race 7 5:08pm AEDT
Portland Sky will need some luck in running, but he still represents outstanding value in the Vo Rogue Plate.
He finished fourth behind Coolmore Stud Stakes winner September Run in the Poseidon Stakes and he went on to win the Ladbrokes Red Anchor Stakes.
That is great form for this contest and he has the early speed to go forward from the wide barrier draw.
Eagle Farm - Race 8 5:48pm AEDT
Hilo is very well-placed to return to winning form in this contest and he is well and truly over the odds at his current quote.
This is the weakest race that Hilo has contested in some time and there was plenty of merit in his second-place finish behind Edison last start.
He is the horse to beat in an open edition of The Buffering.
Canterbury - Race 9 6:25pm AEDT
Tailleur was unlucky to be beaten first-up and she has an excellent chance to return to winning form in the Nudgee Stakes.
She is a lightly-raced mare that still has plenty of upside and she will be able to settle right on the speed from barrier two.
The daughter of Shooting To Win has Group 1 potential and she should prove too classy for the rest of this field.
