Daily Racing Tips – Sunday 30th May

Ballarat - Race 2 12:55pm AEST

No. 4 Mashrabiya

Mashrabiya has finished second in her three race starts to date and she has an excellent chance to go one better in this contest at Ballarat this afternoon.

On exposed form she does have a genuine class edge over the rest of this field and she should have every possible chance with Ben Allen in the saddle.

Ballarat - Race 3 1:30pm AEST

No. 8 Cristofina

Cristofina hasn’t had a huge amount of luck during her racing career to date and I am confident that she is a better filly than her record suggests.

This really isn’t the strongest race and she is one of the few horses in this field that does look to have upside.

Barrier four is perfect and this is her chance to claim a maiden race win.

Ballarat - Race 6 3:20pm AEST

No. 2 Smokin' Pierro

Smokin’ Pierro is the value runner in what is a very open betting contest.

It has been a while between race wins, but he has generally been racing in stronger company this and on his best form he does have a class edge over the rest of this field.

He does have a nice turn-of-foot and with luck in running he will be in the mix.

Ballarat - Race 7 4:00pm AEST

No. 11 Lunch Session

Lunch Session is racing in career best form and he is great value at his current odds of $11.

He does have early speed and I would expect to see jockey Dean Holland take him to the front in the early stages of this contest.

He will give his rivals something to chase in what is another very open race.
