Flemington - Race 3 1:50pm AEST
Made her Australian racing debut in the Thousand Guineas Prelude where she knocked up late in the race.
She is already a Group 1 winner in New Zealand and while another filly in Sumatra ran past her last start, she meets her 3kgs better at the weight in the Edward Manifold Stakes.
I’m not convinced she runs a strong 1600m just yet but the blinkers go on for the first time and Flemington will suit her.
Flemington - Race 8 5:05pm AEST
Absolutely thrives down the straight six here at Flemington as evident by her brilliant win in the Group 1 Newmarket back in March.
She has finished in the top two in both starts at this track and distance and her first up performance in the Bobbie Lewis was full of merit.
Will take benefit out of that run and looks really well placed in this year’s Gilgai Stakes.
Randwick - Race 5 2:10pm AEST
I have a big opinion of Flag Of Honour and he made up considerable ground in the Group 3 Ming Dynasty at Rosehill.
He knocked up late in that event behind Golden Mile who has since gone on to run well in the Golden Rose.
I love the fact that they have dropped him back in grade for this race and he’ll take plenty of beating.
Randwick - Race 8 4:05pm AEST
Hinged has been a very consistent performer at Group 1 level for some time now and after winning the Surround Stakes in the autumn, she finished top four in the Coolmore, Vinery Stud and ATC Oaks.
Both runs so far this prep have been good including a third in the Group 1 George Main Stakes where she finished just behind Icebath.
She meets that mare 2.5kgs better at the weight in the Epsom Handicap and she is the horse to beat in my opinion.
