Daily Racing Tips – Sunday 30th April
Bendigo - Race 6 3:20pm AEDT
Miss Cheviots has been racing well of late, finding the money in three of her last five starts with an impressive win over the mile at Swan Hill last time out.
She ate up the heavy conditions that day and won quite well, while the form from her previous run at Geelong reads strongly.
Back on dry ground shouldn’t worry her and she should get a nice easy time of it up front if Austy Coffey can offset the gate early.
Bendigo - Race 7 4:00pm AEDT
Yosemite continues to race well deep into her prep.
The Redwood mare was always wide and too far back to score at Morphettville last time out, but her previous effort when making up late ground for third was sound.
She’ll find this easier racing back from city grade and draws to get the run in transit along the rail.
Bendigo - Race 8 4:35pm AEDT
Field Of Flutes has fresh legs coming off a strong run first-up for a place at Warrnambool.
He had a bit go wrong in the early stages but still finished off well, while his win to round out the spring at The Valley was sound.
Drawn well and with some relief at the weights, he looks the rightful co-favourite.
Bendigo - Race 9 5:05pm AEDT
Tough race, but Crystalaa is a much better chance than his recent effort at Sandown suggests.
The lightly-raced three-year-old stalked the speed and over-raced in transit, which likely cost him a stride or two in the end.
His previous win at Geelong was full of meirt though, and he should find the step back to 1300m ideal.
